Fleurie products offer free shipping in Canada on all orders of $120 or more before taxes. For all orders under $120, shipping costs are $15.

Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery is made within 3 to 10 business days.

All sales are final. No refunds are possible.

However, we accept exchanges if the product is defective upon receipt. To exchange a product, you will have 48 hours after receiving the package to contact us via our contact form mentioning the product. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a photo. We will be happy to assist you.
